Eastford is one of the smallest and most heavily wooded towns we serve. Around the town center, out toward Phoenixville, and along the roads bordering the Natchaug state forest land, you are dealing with forest, hills, brooks, and long distances between houses. There is no municipal water or sewer to lean on out here — every property handles its own water and its own waste — and that shapes essentially every project we take in town.
